Hello my friends, Spot here!
Well, we were looking at the calendar today and we can’t believe how quickly time goes by! I’m sure we’re not alone in this, are we? 🙂
We’re all going to a cat show tomorrow – the Tabby Cat Club show. This was the very first show mummy went to as an exhibitor – she’d been to a couple previously, but never actually showing a cat. She just took Lula last year as she wasn’t sure if she – or us – would like it or not 🙂 Lula did very well, she got two 1st places and two 2nd places 🙂
Lula was in the kitten classes where you don’t actually earn any merits towards titles etc, the kitten classes are to help cats get used to shows from a young age. Once they reach 9 months old, cats then go into the Adult (if unaltered) or Neuter classes and this is where you can work towards titles.
So now we go back again, with me this time! Lula has of course earned her Grand Premier title since we started going into the Neuter classes back in March and I’ve earned my Premier title! So Lula will be hoping to get her first Imperial certificate and I’ll be competing for my first Grand certificate! Confusing, eh? 😆
Anyway, enough of all this waffle! Here’s some photos of Lula at the show last year – she was four-and-a-half months old here 🙂
Ahhh…. a little trip down memory lane there for Lula and mummy 😆
We’ll let you know how we get on tomorrow with a full report as soon as we can!
Take care my friends!
Love from Spot xxxx
