Our Not-Very-Furry Friends!

Hello my friends, Spot here!

We’ve had a bit of a chilly week in our World! I think Autumn is on its way, though the weather pawcast said it might warm up a bit this week 😯 I wish it would work out what it wants to do, as I just can’t get into a nice routine when I’m not sure what’s happening πŸ˜‰

But enough of the weather, let’s talk about us instead πŸ˜† And today I thought I’d recognise all our non-furry friends we have in our cat garden πŸ™‚ They do a fantastic job, just sitting there minding their own business, looking nice, and I just didn’t think they had enough praise, so am putting that right today! πŸ™‚

First of all, and you’ll know by now what a big fan Clint is of mine – he even named one of his film characters after a friendΒ in our garden: The Cat With No Name! We often have a nice chat with him and, despite his stony and still exterior, he actually moves too! πŸ™‚

But I generally preferΒ to hang out with friends who are a little more educated….

… though I must admit, he can be a little boring sometimes πŸ˜†
Spike prefers a more comfortable snooze on Geoff the Giraffe πŸ™‚

Whilst Annie befriends things you wouldn’t expect, like birdies and mousies!

But Annie says, when it’s all too monotonous talking to her friends in the cat garden, there’s always the big garden to explore which daddy lets her do very frequently!

Hello! I’m in the big garden!

So I suppose we’re very lucky to have so many friends in our garden, I have no idea why Annie wants to play outside of it so often πŸ™‚

Now I’m off for a nice catnap – I think I might take a leaf out of Spike’s book and settle down with Geoff πŸ™‚

Take care my friends!
Love from

  1. I rather like your cat with no name, might get someone like him when I move back into my bungalow. I think you’re a bit envious that Annie is allowed in the big garden and you aren’t, dare I say that you shouldn’t have done so many naughties Spotty, your past is catching up with you xx <3 <3
