Hello my friends, Spot here!

Lula and I had a toadally good treat today! We were hopping and jumping for joy! 🙂 I bet you’re wondering why I’m talking like this? Here’s a clue….

So here’s what happened … Lula and I were chillin’ out in the cat garden when we thought we saw out of the corner of our eye something moving in our grasses! We looked at each other and back at the grass and decided we must have imagined it… but then it happened again, so we had to go and investigate! It meant being stealthy and quiet (not one of Lula’s strong points, but she did it ok. Sort of 😉 )

And there it was! A toad in our cat garden! We hardly get any visitors so we made sure we checked him out and chased him in and out of the grass! He kept trying to get away from us, but he didn’t get very far! Pretty soon, my mummy realised something was going on and came to see what we were doing… and then went away again! That meant more time for us to talk to toady! 🙂

But pretty soon she came back with daddy who picked toady up and took him away! What a spoily-sport! He asked my mummy why she didn’t rescue toady, she said she couldn’t be picking him up – what a scaredy cat she is! 😆

Soon after that, mummy said she was going off to see the kittens yet again, so Lula and I had a play fight, which I of course won, despite appearances to the contrary …

Then, mummy came home and showed us a couple of photos, though I was more interested to know where toady was!

Unfortunately, toady was nowhere to be seen, so it was time for my favourite tuna tea and then a nice catnap… What a purrfect day! 🙂

Hello my friends, Spot here!

We’ve been so lucky in our World again this week – the weather has remained warm and sunny, so Lula and I have been getting up to all sorts of mischief on our cat garden! But sometimes it can get a bit annoying spending so much time with your sister, especially when she keeps pouncing on me – you may remember the video I shared on Facebook recently?

So I decided to get my own back! 🙂 You knew I would, didn’t you? When she wasn’t expecting it, I decided it was time for a fight! Though the outcome wasn’t quite as I had planned…

So on this occasion, I decided to let Lula off lightly, though she may not be so lucky next time! 🙂

Hello my friends, Spot here!

I hope you’ve all had a great weekend, the weather here in our World has been glorious! Lula and I have been quite busy you know! We’ve been patrolling our cat garden quite a lot to make sure Daddy is looking after it properly 😉 and of course to make sure there are no nasty bugs lurking around 😉

We also went to see Sue our breeder yesterday with my mummy and daddy! They were going to have a look at our new sister, Annie, and took us along too so Sue could give us a little health check as Sue is a vet as well as a breeder 😉 We weren’t allowed to meet Annie because she’s not yet been vaccinated, but we did meet the gorgeous Lucy who you may remember from a previous blog

Lula was very good meeting Lucy, they had a little sniff of each other and said hello. Me? I hissed at her and she hissed back at me! 😯 My mummy said she hopes I’m better behaved when I meet Annie for the first time, I just grumbled and said I’ll see how I feel at the time! I am a naughty boy sometimes 😉

We also met a lovely friend of our page, Andrew, who is also buying a kitten from the same litter as Annie 🙂 We told our mummy and daddy that we thought Andrew was very nice indeed and we’re glad he will be giving a fantastic home to a wonderful Bengal baby 🙂

But talking of being naughty…. I was sitting in the cat garden earlier when I suddenly got a sniff of something nice!

So when I looked around, there was Lula eating some nice food! 😯 An immediate investigation was definitely required!

Upon closer inspection, I could see that Lula was eating my favourite tuna food! Where was mine?

Of course! I knew there must have been a mistake and what she was eating was really mine, so I stuck my nose in 🙂 Only to find out there wasn’t much left! Hurrumph!

So I decided to investigate the garden instead and see if I could find some nice juicy bugs to eat. Bugs are better than tuna anyway, don’t you agree? 🙂

So as you can tell, I didn’t get much chance to have many catnaps this weekend, let’s hope I can catch up on some sleep soon 😉

Hello my friends, Spot here! 🙂

I’m sure most of you will already know by now, but it’s mine and Lula’s third birthday today! 🙂 Our day started very early because my mummy has to get up at 5:30am to get ready for work, so way before even 6am, she had woken up and come downstairs to give us all a cuddle like she usually does, but then she started singing “Happy Birthday” to Lula and me! 😯 My daddy was not impressed as he likes to get up a bit later, but her singing woke him up! Tee hee!

But after our mummy had gone to work, the day turned warmer and warmer so we were able to spend most of the day in the cat garden! We watched some birdies and chased some bugs and, for an extra bit of entertainment today, we watched daddy painting the fence in the big garden too! 🙂 Then we had an extra special tea and had lots of lovely chicken treats too 🙂

Being as it’s a special day, we’ve shared quite a few of our favourite pics on our Facebook page today, though it’s so hard to choose just a few… so here’s a few more for you! 🙂

We’ve hope you’ve enjoyed our little reminiscences today, but while it’s nice to look back, it’s also nice to look forward….

So here’s the latest pic we have of our little Annie! 🙂 She’s 3 weeks old in this pic (she’ll be 4 weeks old on Caturday) and we think she’s getting cuter by the day! 🙂 Thanks to our lovely breeder, Sue, for sending us this photo 🙂

Hello my friends, Spot here!

We are FULL of the joys of Spring, we’re having such wonderful weather here in our World at the moment, though we all know how fickle the weather can be, don’t we? I bet it won’t last, but we’re enjoying it while it does! 🙂

One of the best things about the good weather is that it brings all the bugs out, and it wasn’t only Lula chasing them today – I joined in too! In fact, Lula and I spent a lot of time in the cat garden starting off with breakfast…

But then we thought we’d catch some bugs for breakfast instead!

The bugs seem to be everywhere we look!

Sometimes we get lucky and a birdie flies low over our garden

All that sunshine makes us thirsty, so despite the fact we have a bowl full of clean, crisp water at all times, we prefer to find other places to drink from!

After all that bug hunting, I decided to go indoors for a nice catnap, though Lula stayed outside and had a little rest before getting back to it! 🙂

Well, it’s only March and we have this many bugs to chase already! We think it’s going to be a bumper summer, my friends! 🙂
