I hope you are all well and looking forward to the weekend! 😆 I can’t wait for Caturday!
I thought it would be fun to try something new today! How about we play a little game? 😀
Below are two similar photos, but there are 6 differences between them! So can you “spot” the differences? Let me know what you think the answers are in the comments below! (and no sneaky peeking at other people’s answers 😯 !!).
So how did you do? Was it too easy for you? Shall I do a more difficult one next time?
You know, my daddy is so good – he takes so many great pictures of us and spends hours waiting for the perfect shot. So I thought for today’s post, I’d put together a little album of some of my favourite pictures that he’s taken over the last few months. I must say, though, that it was difficult to choose just a few as there are so many great ones in our collection!
So this is a little tribute to my lovely daddy and his photographic skills – I hope you enjoy it and maybe see one or two you’ve not seen before.
It’s been such bad weather here in the UK recently… we are meant to be in summer time now, but all we’ve had over the last few days is rain, rain and more rain! Some parts of the UK are flooded again which is not very nice for those poor people and their pussy cats I’m sure 🙁
I was watching that screen thingy that shows all the moving pictures with my mummy the other day, and there were people camping out at music festivals, but it was just all a mud bath! I don’t think I’d want to walk in that, my paws would get so dirty and it would take a lot of licking off! Or – perish the thought – even worse, my mummy might have to give me another bath 😯 Oh no! I don’t want that. I think perhaps I won’t complain as much after all when I’m stuck indoors…. 😆
But one good thing about all this rain is that it brings out all the greenery in the garden and the countryside, and it can look very lush and beautiful! It’s also a great backdrop for our daddy to take lovely pictures of us cats, so here’s some of my favourite ones that he’s taken over the last couple of days:
I hope you liked these photos as much as I did: my daddy takes such lovely pics, doesn’t he?
Hello all my friends! We’ve had quite a lot of new subscribers over the last week or two and it makes me very happy that people like reading our blog and looking at our photos! Welcome to you all 🙂
We have had such mixed weather here recently, but my mummy tells me that this is what British summers are normally like, so I suppose I had better get used to it 😆 I was only a little baby for most of last summer, so I can’t really remember much of it 🙂
But today has been one of the nicer days, so Lula and I got out into the field and had a fantastic run around! This photo has got quite a lot of zoom on it, we were quite a distance from our garden!
Robbie saw the fun we were having and when we got back to being a bit closer to our own territory, he decided to come and join us. At first, Lula didn’t recognise who he was as he kind of crept up on us without us noticing, so you can see how she bushed all her fur up – see how thick her tail is! Us cats do this if we’re a little frightened or threatened by something as it makes us look bigger and more scary!
But we then had a lovely play together 🙂
But after a while, Robbie decided it was time for his cat-nap so we made sure we stayed behind and guarded the field…
But we’re quite peckish now after all that activity, so I think we’ll be going in soon to find out what’s for tea!
Brrr… well, it’s turned a bit chilly here in the UK today. That’s not great considering it’s June and meant to be the height of summer! In fact, in just over a week’s time, we’ll have the longest day, and after that the nights will start to draw in again! Ho hum! That’s British summers for you 😆
I was having a little think about my blog, and I know it’s called “Bengal Cat World” but I do live with three moggies (as well as Lula of course) and I do feel that I sometimes forget them when I’m chatting with you guys on here.
So I thought I’d dedicate my blog today to my three cat mates, Robbie, Harry and Friday 🙂
So, here’s Robbie – he’s such a lovely cat! He’s very playful with us and is always after my Da Bird feathers when mummy and daddy get them out! But I don’t mind really because he looks at me with his big gorgeous eyes and I can forgive him anything!
And now, let’s say hello and miaow to Harry. He doesn’t really like having his photo taken but he’s a lovely gentle giant! Sometimes he can get a bit carried away when he plays – he is much stronger than he realises! He definitely is the king of the territory and will defend all of us if other cats come into our garden and if we don’t want to be friends with them.
Last, but by no means least, is little Friday cat. Mummy always says she is more like a dog than a cat as she follows mummy around wherever she goes and loves sitting on her lap! She does like a little play now and again, and is much more gentle than Harry is. She has definitely used up all of her 9 lives – she not only broke her leg once, but she also went missing for nearly two weeks and worried my mummy and daddy terribly. Luckily, she’s put all those wandering days behind her now and just likes to potter around in the garden on a nice day. If it’s a horrible day, she won’t put a paw outside at all 🙂
I hope you’ve enjoyed meeting my other cat friends for a change! Take care and see you soon 😀
