Twins: so close

Hello my friends!

I hope you’re all enjoying your weekend, we’ve had a lovely Caturday so far, we’ve been out playing a lot and enjoying the fresh air! We are very lucky because not far away from where we live, they’ve had torrential floods and some people have had to be evacuated from their homes – eek!

We’ve come back indoors now because the weather is getting a little more cloudy, so Lula’s gone to the top of the cat tree for a cat-nap and I thought I’d share with my lovely friends my latest thoughts and pictures 🙂

As many of you will know, Lula and I are twins – we may not look the same, but there were only the two of us in our litter – so this makes us especially close.  We count ourselves very lucky that our mummy and daddy were wanting to buy two Bengals at the same time when they were looking for new additions to their cat family, this means we didn’t get split up like so many other brothers and sisters do.

We get on with all the other cats in our house, but there is nothing as strong as the bond between us two. We are almost always within sight of each other, and if I can’t see Lula I will miaow very loudly until she comes running. Lula does the same if she can’t see me 🙂

Here are some photos so you can see what I mean!

I’m not sure what that birdie thing is doing in the pond! Daddy got it in France when he was there recently, and he seems quite attached to it! Each to their own!

Enjoy the rest of your weekend 😆

  1. Watch out for the birdie things that look like the one that Daddy put in the pond but actually fly, Spot & Lula. They have very vicious beaks and are not scared of cats (as one of mine found out recently when she tried to catch one on our lawn (nasty scab on her head as evidence!). 🙁

    1. Oh dear, Heather, I hope your fur-baby recovers soon! I don’t think I’ve seen any of these ones round here, we tend to get brown birdies, though some of those are quite big: I think my daddy said one of the ones we see a lot is called a buzzard! Sounds quite scary and it is huge! Though I only ever see it high up in the sky – phew!

  2. OH MY DEAR, JUST TO BEAUTIFUL FOR WORDS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =^;^= I AM ENJOYING THIS WEBSITE

    1. Thank you, Susan! We enjoy reading your comments and your feedback! 🙂
