Oooh! Look at the Peskies in their posh new clothes!

Hello my friends, Spot here!

Here I am at last! I’m sorry I’m late writing my blog this week- just blame my mummy! 😯

I am going back to sharing pics of those Peskies today, anyone would think I actually liked them! πŸ˜† They got some lovely new walking jackets from our friends at Butterfly Cat Jackets, and we sell them on our store too! (you can find them here) We all just love trying out the products mummy gets for the store – or at least the ones for us felines, anyway πŸ™‚

My mummy said that being as they have not yet ventured out in the big wide world in their jackets, other than at cat shows, she would see how they looked in the cat garden where it’s nice and safe to start with. Then in a few days or maybe a couple of weeks, she’ll see how they get on with taking them for walks in the field next to our house. And then after a while as they get more confident, she’ll take them for longer walks and pretty soon they won’t want to be in the cat garden any more! πŸ™‚ Hurrah! Then I can have it back all to myself again! πŸ˜† (if you don’t count Lula).

When training your cat, you need to be patient and take little steps at a time: if you’d like further info about harness-training your cat, we have written this article.

But anyway, back to those pics of the peskies! Spike, being a big lad, is in an adult jacket, whereas little Annie is still in a kitten one πŸ™‚ But my mummy told me to write that we think they both look very dashing indeed! πŸ™‚

Not sure what she has spied, perhaps it’s some blossom on the floor πŸ™‚

Of course, Spike’s jacket is a lot more manly than little Annie’s…

Now Spike’s fascinated by the blossom, or whatever it is on the ground! πŸ™‚

So there they are – two Peskies in their new jackets. In the meantime, did I tell you I went in the big garden today and caught a toad? I was very proud of myself, though when my daddy saw, he picked the toad up and put him in the pond. Daddies are so naughty sometimes! 😯 πŸ˜†

Next weekend is Β cat show time again – Spike and Annie will be doing their thing, so I will probably be giving you an update about how they did! πŸ™‚

Take care my friends!

Love from Spot

  1. I have no idea how I came across your site,I am so glad that I did. I have been using my rescue cats to take to nursing homes, hospitals, and elderly members of my church. I got them all on the brink of certain death. I was doing this over 30 years. I have lost Coco 20 years old. Hershey 19 years old, and most recently my creamy at 18 years old. in January. I saved Taylor about three years ago. I have never had a boy Kitty. He is Huge{not fat} He brings his harness to me. He loves to go “work”. He has out grown his Velcro Harness that I have for a large cat. If I measure him can you help me with a size. I do not like the other kind. Grateful Thank you. I love our Peskies. I just want to raise a forever home kitty.
