Uh oh!

I can see a bug!

Hello my lovely readers 🙂

For those of you who’ve read my blog before, you’ll know that the innocent-looking cat in the photo above is my twin sister, Lula.  I say that she looks innocent, because there is a definite naughty glint in those baby-blue eyes! I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but in the picture above is a little bug – one of Lula’s hobbies is chasing bugs and flies.

Mmmm… there’s nothing wrong with that, is there? Of course not – just like there isn’t anything wrong with any of her other hobbies either! These include:

Climbing trees

It's lovely up here!

Watching the fish in the pond

Playing “hide-and-seek” (albeit badly )

Come out wherever you are!

But she was really very naughty earlier on today! Much naughtier than anything she has done before…

A couple of weeks ago, I wrote about an incident where Lula went into next door’s garage and hid behind some boxes and wouldn’t come out… Well today she went one step further ! Our neighbour, Jill, was sorting out some things in her garden and had left her back door open. When she went back indoors, who should she see sitting calmly on her sofa, licking her paws?? Yes – you’ve guessed it, it was Lula!!

Mind you, Lula got scared as soon as she saw Jill (though she isn’t a scary person!) so Jill came over to our house and asked mummy to come and rescue her (again!) as she didn’t want to stress her out!

I don’t know what I’m going to do with my sister sometimes! 😆 What do you good folk think?

  1. Oh dear, Spot – she has a taste for it now :). Naughty Lula! I do hope she’s OK though, and doesn’t turn this into a habit. It’s a good thing you have such lovely neighbours!

    1. Those were my thoughts exactly, John! Our neighbours either side are lovely and I know she won’t come to any harm if she goes in their houses, but mummy does worry that she might go in someone else’s garden shed or garage and they might not notice and accidentally shut her in! Let’s hope that doesn’t happen *paws crossed* 🙂
