Cat on a hot tin roof (or perhaps a cool tiled one…)

You know it’s funny… one of my loyal readers, John, posted a comment earlier on today observing how much I love climbing.

As you know, we’ve had quite a lot of rain here in the UK over the past few days (April showers!) and it’s meant that I’ve not been able to get out and about as much as normal.

But sometimes there are breaks in the rain, and the sun even decides to shine, albeit temporarily until the rain returns…

So what does all this have to do with climbing and with what John said?

Well, not many hours after John wrote that, in one of the brief respites from the rain, here is where my mummy and daddy found me…

On the top of the garage roof!

"It's a great view up here!"

I think I'll come down now...

Ooops - it's harder coming down than going up!

That was a little bit scary, actually – I think I’ll stick to solid ground for a while!

  1. You be careful, young Spot! At least you can say you’ve tried that one, and tick it off the list – OK? :).

    1. We’ll see! This morning, I was on the neighbour’s garage roof! It’s lower than ours, so not quite as scary 😉
